Chair CHALLENGE TO REPRINT: I HEREBY CHALLENGE all Placer County local newspapers to reprint this article. Since most are owned by corporate conglomerates with ties to the rich and powerful that run the show, it is highly unlikely you will see this reprinted anywhere in Placer County. Yes, I've lain down the gauntlet. I've already called our Board of Supervisors (BOS) communists to their faces. When asked if they had read Marx's communist manifesto, only Jim Holmes raised his hand to state that he had. Perhaps, even they haven't realized what they are. These guys, to my knowledge are all Republicans except Bill Santucci. Since Placer County has the most Republican County in California, it's understandable. After all, who needs Democrats, when the BOS is already full of communists! This happened because "we the people" had forsaken our civic responsibilities in Placer County a long, long time ago. It's as though we assume that a Republican form of government means we don't have to think, or for that fact, even vote or stay awake! If you don't believe me, then let me ask you. Who are your county supervisors? Who sits on your city council? That's right. Most of you don't have a clue and most of you really won't care until you can't afford to rent videos or buy a Starbucks coffee anymore. So what if the government sends your kids to wars that could have been avoided! So what if your government spends your kids money through bonds before they can even vote for themselves! When's the last time you pricked yourself to see if you're awake? Big Communist Spenders... Let's face it, Placer County residents are politically "hillbilly" lazy. They don't know, don't want to know and don't get it. Yesterday, our County Supervisors approved the receipt of $5 million from the Feds for Health and Human Services, a huge communist program. Then they approved an additional $2.75 million for the same group of folks to aid emotionally disturbed students, yet another communist redistribution of the wealth program. All day long, they spent and spent and spent. I was the only person to stand alone and speak against these outrages. Still, thanks to Supervisor Robert Weygandt, (District 2, residing in Lincoln - Current Board Chair), Supervisor Bill Santucci, (District 1, residing in Roseville), Supervisor Jim Holmes, (District 3, residing in Auburn), Supervisor Ted Gaines, (District 4, residing in Roseville) and lastly Supervisor Bruce Kranz, (District 5, residing in Weimar), not one item went unapproved. Nor were any voted against by any Supervisor with the exception of Bruce Kranz that joined me in voting against approximately $2,000 in local pork thrown into the Consent Calendar. However, he still went along with all the big stuff and still rates as a class 'A' communist. My ears still sting from when Supervisor Weygandt telling me that he thought there wasn't enough spending on socialism in Placer County. (There's more social spending in Placer County than there was in the Soviet Union during it's "hay day." Of course he's also a Republican. Then there's my potential opponent, Supervisor Ted Gaines who's so very communist that he was the one motioning to approve the spending bills! Ted is a John Doolittle minion and I can only hope that these folks' close ties to President Bush, and all the corruption that that entails, brings them all down like a house of cards. Sure, it will have been too little too late, but I can dream can't I? Have you said goodbye to America lately... The only place the American Dream exists is when you look into the rear view mirror. As President Bush and our Congressman John T. Doolittle promote their war for world conquest, they have the gall to tell us we are doing it to promote world freedom. Though you have a smorgasbord of lies to choose from, this is perhaps their biggest black lie. I really don't think they believe what they are telling us, but if they did, they would fit the ultimate "People of the Lie" definition of black liars. In America, you can't really say anything you want anymore. You may very well face government consequences. In fact,after Woodrow Wilson instituted the 6% Federal income tax on the wealthiest 5% of the people in 1913 he also made it illegal to speak out against the government. We have increased taxes up to 90+ % since and added watered down versions of the same anti-freedom of speech rhetoric. Today, my family might find me missing and, as in the "disappeared in South and Central America" never know where I went, for what reason I was taken, or how long I'll be gone, or if I'll ever be returned. This is the current state of "The Socialist States of Amerika." And as has been the case throughout our history since before the ink was dry on our Constitution, our freedoms have been leaving us. The constitution promoted one big theme and that was that you had a God Given right to your own body and to a lesser degree, to your property. The individual would become sovereign for the first time. However, Placer County has no problem asserting its control over both your body and your property. This is hidden between the lines within most of their recent legislative actions. Remember, when you are forced to pay taxes and give over 50% of your income to the government, you are a slave for that amount of time. Sure, you can leave and go work for some other slave owner in some other country, but why would you? This is your home. Keeping in mind that freedom is never free, you must fight to be free here in our county. Instead of enslaving your kids to the national debt, now quite easily over 25 trillion, you should stop ringing up the charge cards and stop handing them the card with full balances. Stop sending them to wars that try to force other countries to be "un-free" like us. We have always been the "Pot calling the Kettle" black. Even California framing its own Constitution, and stating that we would be a no slave state, wasn't willing to give women the vote or allow "free black persons" to come to the state at all. We have always been a hypocritical state within a hypocrtical country. Today, we are perhaps the last semi-free generations in a country where your government now decides everything for you. You must get permits to do anything. The government will decide who you can and can't marry. Christians should be asking themselves, "What would Jesus do?" Would he use force to create Christians or Americans? Would he even force you to put a handicapped ramp in your business? No he would not. Freedom or free agency, either way, its up to us to break the chains that now bind us. What I did. Only one person stood up at the Supervisors meeting against the forty or so County Social workers that attended the meeting. I imagine Ted Gaines was counting potential votes that day as he went on his merry communist way. "1 against 40," I lost! I stood alone speaking against the increased social spending. As schools close and our government again proves that it can't be all things to all people, I set a standard by being honest and disciplined. You won't see me running as a Republican so I can get elected then approve every social spending and redistribution bill that comes down the pike as Ted Gaines has. I am against communism and I stand tall and cry out to anyone who'll listen to me. I have decided to fight communism in my own back yard by running against Ted for State Assembly. I hope that good old fashioned Republicans will join me in my fight. Placer County Democrats should too, especially if they want to end the "Skull and Bones--John Kerry--George Bush" "War for World Conquest." So far, I haven't been paid to do any of the above. However, I also wrote a book entitled "The Government" to share my views and a lengthy history of American political drama. There was some money in that. In summary, I have done the things above. Regardless of how the sheep that take orders, or the lemmings that follow their leaders over cliff after cliff, or the ostriches that keep their heads in the sand to avoid the truth or to keep from learning the history of their country, I will go to my grave knowing that at least I tried to improve the world around me. I may not go rich, or famous, or the most beautiful or intelligent man in the world, but I'll go with the knowledge that in these cases and in many others, I tried my best to do what I thought was right and I figure that will be a pretty good way to go. What can you do? You're just one in 300,000 Placer County residents? Vote the traitors out of office. Run for office yourself. Fight to regain the American Dream that has been forsaken. Write letters to the editor and to your representatives. Become informed and then act. Otherwise, you're simply a good slave voting for folks already selected for you, (like in the old Soviet Union.) Stand tall. Vote for the best folks for the job and not for the lesser of two bo weevils. You lead and others will follow. I promise. Wake up America. This is your life and you only get one. I'm curious what you'll have to say when, in the end, you evaluate your life. Will it have been a life of constant compromise with the devil? Will it have been one of laziness and dishonesty? Will it have been one where you used your kids to pay for your standard of living today? Forget about your past. Tomorrow is a new day. Get up and start managing your own life well. To hell with everyone else and what they are doing. That's their business. You can choose to stand tall, be honest and disciplined. If you don't, who will? The choice is yours, "Sheep, lemming, ostrich or American."
